The Society of Automotive Engineers has put out a call for papers for its 2008 Motorsports Engineering Conference and Exhibition (MSEC).

The focus is on "technical information that will be useful to the working technicians, engineers and engineering managers" in motor sports.

SAE is seeking abstracts for papers and oral presentations on motorsports technologies and engineering related topics including safety, vehicle/chassis engineering, testing/simulation, aerodynamics, powertrain, materials, sancitioning bodies and event management, and even "green motorsports."
